Refund Policy

At Detroit Yoga Institute™ / DYICWSS™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality programs, courses, digital products, wellness training, and corporate services.
Because our offerings consist of intellectual property, educational content, and time-based services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our programs — which include immediate access to digital materials, downloadable content, proprietary systems, and protected intellectual property — we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on any purchases, including but not limited to:
• Digital courses
• Memberships
• Training programs (Levels I–III)
• Yoga curriculum
• Corporate Wellness programs
• One-on-one sessions
• Consulting or coaching
• Downloadable PDFs, documents, or templates
• Workshop, class, or training registrations
• Application or administrative fees
Once payment is submitted, your purchase is final.
2. Corporate Wellness Contracts & B2B Agreements
Corporate agreements (including DYICWSS™ Corporate Wellness Training Programs, Corporate Memberships, or Vendor Services) operate under separate written contracts.
Refunds are not provided on corporate contracts.
All deliverables and terms are defined by the signed agreement between the Company and the organization.
3. Payment Plans
If you enroll in a payment plan:
• You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments,
• Payments may not be paused or canceled,
• Access to content may be revoked if payments fail or remain unpaid.
Payment plans are not subject to refund or cancellation.
4. Event, Workshop, or Retreat Registrations
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event details:
• All event and workshop sales are final.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No credits will be issued for missed events.
If an event is canceled by the Company, attendees will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future event (Company’s choice).
5. Digital Products and Instant-Access Courses
Because digital products provide immediate access, and cannot be “returned,” no refunds are offered for:
• Instant-access online courses
• Digital downloads
• Templates
• Portals and private libraries
• Digital Dharma Library Access
• Corporate Wellness portals or digital materials
6. Memberships / Subscriptions
Memberships, including digital libraries, private groups, or online communities:
• May be canceled at any time moving forward,
• But are not refundable for past charges.
Cancellation stops future billing only.
7. Unauthorized Purchases or Errors
If you believe an unauthorized charge was made:
• Contact us within 48 hours

We will investigate and address the situation.
8. Chargebacks & Disputed Payments
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:
• Immediate removal from all programs, portals, and digital access
• Forfeiture of all content and materials
• Possible legal action to recover lost assets, fees, and damages
We take chargebacks seriously due to the intellectual property and proprietary information included in our programs.
9. Exceptions
We may offer a refund only if:
• A duplicate payment was made in error
• A technical issue on our end prevented access to a program AND we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours
All exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
